We’re the Hoopers, the creators of Smart Money GPS™,
which combines smart protection (insurance) and smart payoff (financial technology).
Our journey together began 13 years ago. We've built a blended family of five wonderful children between us, along with one grandchild who is the cherry on top.
Based in Caldwell, Idaho, we run a successful Farmers Insurance business. Troy, with his background in ministry, is a charismatic communicator known for his ability to turn casual conversations into meaningful and genuine connections. His passion shines through as the driving force behind our products, especially when he sees the light go on in people as they discover the value we offer.
Meanwhile, Suz is the behind-the-scenes maestro, intuitively juggling administration and marketing with a whimsical flair. She keeps the wheels turning and the ideas flowing, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while infusing her unique touch of creativity into every project.
And now, years later after being broke, blended, broken, and rebuilt, our experiences have shaped our understanding of financial resilience and the importance of making informed decisions.
